This event is for veterinarians who are 0-8 years away from a transition.
In this course, you will learn about the legal, financial, logistical, and emotional aspects of transitioning out of your full-time veterinary practice. Our team of experts will lecture and conduct Q&A sessions on the following topics:

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed commercial broker in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, and Alaska, an Accredited Business Intermediary, and has membership in the American Business Brokers Association, the AICPA Valuation Services Section, and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Rod Johnston, MBA, CMA, Founder and Practice Transition Advisor, Omni Veterinary Practice Group – {510) -633-2697, rod@omnipg-vet.com: Rod’s background in accounting, finance, sales, and real estate make him one of the most well-rounded practice transition consultants in America. Rod has an MBA from Seattle University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He is also an Accredited Business Appraiser by the Institute of Business Appraisers. Rod’s experience and background include stints as a financial planner, as Assistant Treasurer and Director of Accounting for AT&T Wireless, and as a Commercial Broker for Keller-Williams and Omni Healthcare Real Estate.
