Jim Vander Mey, CPA, ABI, Practice Transition Advisor, Omni Veterinary Practice Group – {360) -941-2341, jim@omnipg-vet.com: Jim has over 20 years of experience as CFO/GM of multi-million-dollar corporations, and started, grew, and transitioned numerous companies. Certified, licensed, and accredited, this combination of experience and education gives a wide range of knowledge for Jim to draw upon, providing a perspective and level of service not easily found. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant, a licensed commercial broker in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Alaska, an Accredited Business Intermediary, and has membership in the American Business Brokers Association, the AICPA Valuation Services Section, and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tyler Jones, Partner, Helsell Fetterman -206-689-2164, tjones@helsell.com: Tyler’s corporate practice focuses on helping professionals such as physicians, dentists, veterinarians, CPAs, and attorneys with all of their business needs. He helps professionals form their own companies, structure partnership and other joint ventures, and acquire existing practices.
